Ingredients:
Chicken Wings
Lime or Lemon
Salt and Pepper
All Purpose Flour
Bread Crumbs
Eggs
Steps:
1. Wash chicken wings.
2. Preparing the wings.
Cut wing parts starting the tip.
Remove extra bone in the wingette part by running the knife around the wider end and scraping at the same time to separate the skin and meat from the bone.
Cut the cartilage that connects the two bones.
Twist and pull to remove the smaller bone.
On a hard surface, push the skin and meat all the way down until it inverts and shapes like lollipop.
Do the same thing with the drummettes, although this should be easier since it only has one bone.
3. Marinate
Place all the wings in bowl and add all the marinade ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until 12 hours.
4. Coating
Prepare coating ingredients. In a bowl, place eggs, season and beat. Also place bread crumbs and flour in a separate bowls.
After 30 minutes, coat wings with flour, drench in the eggs and lastly coat with bread crumbs.
5. Frying.
Heat enough oil and deep fry wings until golden brown. Place in paper towel to remove excess oil.
Best eaten with sweet and spicy sauce.
