Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spears
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- onion
- garlic, minced
Method:
- In the skillet, melt butter and saute onion and garlic. Add asparagus to it. Constantly stirring the asparagus so all sides is cook.
- Add pepper, salt and chopped cashews if asparagus is tender already. If you like the asparagus crispy, then you can add the remaining ingredients right away.
