Pork Chop Pinoy Style

 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 k. pork chop
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 small size lemon, juice extracted
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. paprika
1 tbs. black ground pepper
2 eggs
cooking oil
Method:

1. Wash pork chop, remove any traces of blood. Drain in a strainer and dry it with paper towel.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix 1 1/2 cup of flour, black pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. In a second shallow bowl, whisk the eggs.
3. Dab pork chops in the flour mixture and dip it the eggs and dab it again in the flour mixture for the final coating.

3. In a frying pan fry pork chops in low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until edges are slightly burnt. Do not overcook. Serve with corn and steamed vegetables.
