Simple Chicken Wings Recipe




Ingredients:

15pcs. chicken wings
2 tbs. flour
pepper
salt
Frank's hot chicken sauce ( optional, you can always buy any chicken wing sauce)

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

2. Clean chicken wings with running water and dry them using paper towel.

3. In a plastic bag or ziplock bag, mix flour, pepper and salt ( just estimate according to your taste preference, I like more pepper and make sure it will coat the wings thinly).

4. Place the wings in the oiled shallow baking pan and bake them for 35 - 40 minutes.

5. In a deep bowl with cover, pour your sauce and add the cooked wings. Cover the bowl and shake it until the wings is fully covered with the sauce.

6. Remove the wings from the bowl and serve it in a shallow plate.
