Baked Crab Leg Recipe




Ingredients:

1 lb King Crab Legs
1 clove garlic, chopped and minced
3 tablespoon butter (unsalted)
lemon or lime
salt and pepper 

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Saute garlic using butter. When it starts to fragrant, add lemon or lime.
3. Place your crab legs on a baking dish, sprinkle pepper and salt. Brush the butter mixture to the crabs and pour in remaining mixture.
4. Bake  for 25 minutes ( although it depends on the crab legs size, remember I'm using king size crab legs). Brush butter mixture from the dish every 5 minutes.
