Egg Noodle Vegies



Ingredients:


1 pack egg noodles
2 slices chicken breasts
soy sauce
vegetable oil
carrots
onion
cabbage
mushroom
spring onion
bean sprout
pepper and salt to taste



Procedure:

1. Cook egg noodles according to package direction. Strain, pour in cold water to stop the noodle from cooking, strain again and set aside.


2. Hot oil in a wok and fry chicken breasts, about 5 minutes each side. Slice into strips and set aside.

3. Using the oil from the chicken, saute onion and garlic. Add chicken strips and the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle pepper and salt. Pour in soy sauce and add the cooked noodles.

4. Add more pepper, salt and soy sauce according to your taste preference.

5.Add lemon juice to serve.
