I am so happy to share with you guys this new yummy spaghetti sauce that I discover. It's Ragu (Roasted Garlic flavor) sauce. I have posted spaghetti recipe already but I am posting this that I just made. It is simpler than the first one but equally delicious.
Ingredients:
500 grams Spaghetti Noodles
1 bottle or 1 lb Ragu Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 lb ground meat (combination of beef, pork and chicken)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup oil
1 egg
Procedures:
1. Mix meat thoroughly. Add pepper, salt and egg and shape medium size meatballs. Fry and set aside.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package direction. Once cooked, drain.
3. Heat 1 tbs oil in a casserole and pour Ragu sauce. Add the meatballs and let it simmer for 10 minutes, sprinkle 2 tbs parmesan cheese. Add more pepper and salt if preferred it spicy.
4. To serve, just put desired amount of cooked noodles in the plate, top it with the sauce and parmesan cheese.
5. As shown in the picture, I paired the spaghetti with my freshly baked garlic bread and a glass of an icy coke.
