Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 cup raisins
2 pcs chorizo sausage, chopped
1 tin vienna sausage, chopped1 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup fresh milk
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced crosswise
4 eggs
1 cup pickle relish
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 spoon butter
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. For oven cooking, preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a big bowl. combine the pork, chorizo, vienna sausage, carrots, raisins,eggs, milk, cornstarch, pickle relish, cornstarch and milk. Mix well and add pepper and salt.
3. Cut 4 pieces 1 x 1 1/2 ft foil. Brush butter on foil and spread out quarter of pork mixture. Arrange slices of hard-boiled egg on each pork mixture.
4. Roll into a log using the edge of the foil.Wrap tightly and seal the edges.
5. For oven cook, bake for 1 to 1 hr and 15 minutes.
6. For steaming, steam for about 40 minutes or until firm.
7. Chill for few minutes to prevent from breaking when you slice it.
8. Serve as it is or fry.
