Ingredients:
3 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tsp bittersweet chocolate powder
3 tbsp white sugar
4 oz bittersweet chocolate bar
5 tbsp unsalted butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
salt
Steps:
1. In a bowl, add 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks and sugar. Whisk until light and foamy and sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Cut your butter into small slices and break the chocolate bar into small pieces. Melt them together but do not overcook.
3. Add your melted chocolate- butter mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk until mixture becomes homogenous.
4. Add cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and sifted flour in order and whisk again.
5. Butter your ramekins thoroughly and pour in the batter, about 3/4 full. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425 F or 218 C.
7. After 30 minutes, take out the ramekins, place them in a bigger baking pan.
8. Add hot water about half full the ramekins.
9. Bake for about 16-18 minutes.
10. When it's done, let it cool for 15-20 minutes
11. Serve with sprinkled powdered sugar or pair it with ice cream.
