Adobong Alimango Recipe

Ingredients:

4 medium alimango (mud crabs)
1/4 cup oil
1 whole garlic, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup calamansi juice
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Cut the crabs into hald, remove the yellow fat and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a wok and saute garlic. Add the crabs and stir until crabs become reddish in color.

3. Blend the reserved crab fat with water and calamansi juice until smooth. Pour into the wok and season with salt and pepper.

4. Simmer over medium heat until crabs are fully cooked, about another 10 minutes.
