Ingredients:
1pound spaghetti noodle
1/2 pound ground beef
1 jar (10 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 medium size onion - chopped finely
1 clove garlic - chopped finely
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Saute onion and garlic in big skillet, add ground beef. Mix spaghetti sauce once the meat turns to brown. Add salt and pepper. Add parmesan cheese. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. In a large pot, cook spaghetti noodles according to package direction.
4. Mix cooked spaghetti noodles and the sauce together. Place it in the baking dish.
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. The more the better.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
