Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, almond and vanilla extracts, and egg yolk in order. Beat until smooth and stir in flour until well blended.
3. Using your cookie press, fork or cookie cutters, shape and place cookies in an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Baked for 10-12 minutes.
