Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork, cut into chunks
1/2 chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 head garlic, peeled and crushed
3/4 cups vinegar
3/4 cups water
2 bay leaf
1/4 kilo chicken livers
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup soy sauce or patis
Procedure:
1. Combine Pork and Chicken in a casserole. Sprinkle the garlic and add vinegar and water. Also add the
bay leaf. Bring to boil until meat are tender.
2. When meat is tender, remove it from the casserole and set aside.
3. In the same casserole add the chicken livers, simmer for 10 minutes. When tender remove from the casserole and slice or pound the liver into small bits and return it to the liquid. Stir well.
4. Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken and pork until brown. Add the liver mixture and soy sauce. Remove bay leaf and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
