Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare lining cupcake pans.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt milk, vanilla and butter. Mix well for few minutes and add the eggs one at a time until fluffy and smooth.
3. Optional, add raisins to the mixture and fold slowly.
4. Fill the liners 2/3 full of the batter. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
6. Serve with frosting on top or plain.
