Ingredients:
1 kg chicken breast, sliced into big chunks
4 pcs potato, sliced into 4 parts
3 pcs carrots, sliced into 3/4 inch
1/4 kg chicken liver
1 medium onion
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced horizontally
1 clove garlic
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbs white vinegar
4 cups water
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
pepper and salt to taste
Method:
1. In a wok, fry the chicken and liver using half of the oil. Chicken for about 10 minutes and for liver, until it's cook then chop liver into small bits.
2. Transfer the cooked chicken into a large casserole, add onion and water. Bring to boil.
3. In the same wok, pour the remaining oil, saute garlic until fragrant and add the chopped liver. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, bell pepper, pepper and salt. Stir well until mixture is smooth.
4. Pour in cheese mixture into the simmering chicken. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer until sauce thickened and vegetables are tender. Lastly add olive oil.
