Lucy's Simple Tomato Soup Recipe

 
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, sliced into chunks about 1/2 x 1/2 inch
2 pcs carrots, sliced about the same size of chicken chunks
1 big red tomato
1/4 white onion
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 cup rice
pepper and salt to taste
2 tbs vegetable oil
Procedure:

1. Heat oil in the wok and fry chicken until it becomes fully white.
 
2. Add the rice and stir well until rice is covered with oil. Pour in chicken broth and onion, simmer until it boils. Add the remaining ingredients until rice is cook and vegetables are tender.

3. Add pepper and salt to taste.

5. Serve hot with garlic bread. Enjoy!

Note: If preferred, you can add other vegetables like asparagus, potato and brocolli.
