Ingredients:
2 pcs ampalaya, slice crosswise and blanched
1 lb beef cut into strips
1 medium size onion, chopped coursely
1 clove small onion, minced
1 spoon flour
1/4 cup soy sauce
pepper and salt to taste
oil
1 cup water
Procedure:
1. In a wok, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add beef strips and cook until meat is tender. Add ampalaya, stir and add in soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, dissolve flour in 1 cup water and pour into ampalaya mixture.
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot with rice.
