Cheesy Burger Patty






Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup. extra ketchup for topping
1 cup grated cheese, extra cheese for topping
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ketchup, cheese and garlic.

3. Shape into meatballs and then flatten gently using your hands.

4. Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven. Place reserved extra ketchup and cheese on top and then bake for another 7 minutes.

5. Reserve hot with rice or as burger patty.
