Corn Soup Recipe


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups corn kernel
  • 1 stoke celery, sliced
  • 1/2 medium size onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 piece carrot, sliced same size as corn kernel
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • cooked meat, optional
  • oil

Procedure:
  1. Saute onion until fragrant.
  2. Add celery and carrots and stir for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the corn kernel and saute for additional 2 minutes and then pour in cream of chicken and 1 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer again for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with left over cooked meat but optional.
