Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn kernel
- 1 stoke celery, sliced
- 1/2 medium size onion, sliced thinly
- 1 piece carrot, sliced same size as corn kernel
- 1 can cream of chicken
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- cooked meat, optional
- oil
Procedure:
- Saute onion until fragrant.
- Add celery and carrots and stir for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corn kernel and saute for additional 2 minutes and then pour in cream of chicken and 1 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with pepper and salt. Simmer again for 7-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with left over cooked meat but optional.
