Ingredients:
- 4 oz Snow-White Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs ( or any seasoned bread crumbs)
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pc egg
- oil
Method:
- Clean mushrooms.
- In a bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Dip each mushrooms in the egg and then dredge in the bread crumbs mixture.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
