Ingredients:
For Filling
2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
4 drops red food color
4 drops yellow food color
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For Brownies
1 box (1 lb or 6.5 oz) Brownie mix ( i used Betty Crocker Original Supreme Brownie Mix with Chocolate Syrup)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
Procedure:
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. In a small bowl, beat filling ingredients on low speed until smooth. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, stir brownie ingredients until well blended. Set aside.
4. Grease lightly bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Spread 3/4 of the brownie batter in the pan. Add filling onto brownie batter. Spoon remaining brownie batter over filling.
5. For marbled design, pull plastic knife through the batter and filling in wide curves. Turn the pan and repeat making curves.
6. Bake 30-32 minutes or until set. Cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate for an hour untill chilled. Cut with plastic knife, making 16 slices.
7. Serve.
