Ingredients:
3 pcs medium size sweet onion, sliced and sauteed until transparent
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
2/3 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
french bread, sliced
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix milk, cream of chicken soup and soy sauce over medium heat until blended, set aside.
3. Place sauteed onions into a baking dish and add 2/3 of the swiss cheese. Distribute evenly.
4. Pour in liquid mixture and then place sliced bread and the remaining cheese on top. Press slightly until almost submerge.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bread turns brown.
6. Serve warm or after refrigerated.
