Baked Snow Crab Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3 clusters Snow Crab (no need to thaw)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 medium size onion, chopped finely
  • 1 stoke spring onion , chopped finely
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
Method:
  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Make slits on the crab legs.
  • Mix all ingredients (except crabs) to make sauce.
  • Place crabs in the baking pan and place the sauce mixture above it, making sure to cover the slits.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 16-20 minutes.
  • Serve with mixture of melted butter and lemon juice for dipping.
