Ingredients:
- 3 clusters Snow Crab (no need to thaw)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 medium size onion, chopped finely
- 1 stoke spring onion , chopped finely
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon white wine
Method:
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Make slits on the crab legs.
- Mix all ingredients (except crabs) to make sauce.
- Place crabs in the baking pan and place the sauce mixture above it, making sure to cover the slits.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes.
- Serve with mixture of melted butter and lemon juice for dipping.
